Agape Development & Consulting services include working with leadership to identify where staff lacks capacity in fundraising and management and becoming the necessary liaison to ensure goals are accomplished. Annual Fund Fundraising
Providing support to development officers or management teams in creating a customized annual individual fundraising plan. This work could encompass major donor prospect research and appeal/campaign writing.
Board Fundraising
Provide support to organizational leadership and fundraising committees in activating Board of Directors excitement about fundraising. This work includes treasure mapping with board members to determine their breadth, capacity, and talents to assist with fundraising.
Special Event Fundraising Coordination
Provide support in event based fundraising coordination in the areas of sponsorship creation, graphic design, event planning, and day of management.
Corporate Proposals & Foundation Grants
Conduct research to determine the best corporations and foundations locally and potentially nationally to support organization’s work. Work includes writing proposals for corporate foundations and sponsorship requests for support. Writing foundation grant proposals for general operating or programmatic support. Work could also include developing a grant calendar for development officers.
Government Grants
Conduct research to find local and federal government grants to support organization’s work. Write grant proposals for general operating or programmatic support.
Leadership & Professional Development Advising
Provide professional development coaching to leadership and emerging leaders in the organization. This work includes core values identification, personal goal setting, leadership investments in human capital, self-care, and work life balance.
Advisement for Nonprofit Startups & Management Best Practices
Provides support to nonprofit founders in developing mission statements, values, strategic planning and filing for nonprofit status with your state and IRS.
